Includes Prenatal Visit (meet in your home, answer questions, create guidelines for scheduling) and 4 Days of Postpartum Doula Care, totaling 15 hours. This package is designed for families who want to utilize more practical help like meal preparation, laundry, help with other siblings and giving mom a chance to nap, etc. The Days of care can be scheduled any time from first day home from hospital to 3 months later. (Many families choose 1 visit first week, 2 visits the second week and 1 visit the third week, depending on partner's availability and other sources of help.)
