*I reduce stress by tackling chores (laundry, dishes, food prep) and showing you shortcuts, so you can avoid exhaustion. (Exhaustion/sleep deprivation is often the root cause of nearly all Postpartum Complications. And if you reach that level of exhaustion, it can be very difficult to fully recover.)
*I help with overwhelm by designing a plan to meet your needs with the best resources available to you. (Your baby gets the best care when mom & dad are rested and relaxed!)
*If you choose to breastfeed, I'll help you recognize if your baby is getting enough, avoid engorgement and supply issues. If you choose to bottle feed, I'll help you find the best formula and streamline the feeding process.
*I'll help you understand your baby and feel confident in your ability to make the best choices for your little one.
