and friends may also contribute to the cost of care as a group gift. Choose from the following customizable

I will make sure
they have what they need and create a plan for after the birth. I will also provide them with extensive
local resources including Parenting Groups, Parent/Baby activities, as well as
other professionals. This empowering
information will alleviate anxiety and let them bring their baby home with
confidence. Additional Info. I will be available for ongoing support and
questions or concerns that arise after the birth.
This is a package of 2 days of Doula Care, tailored to
their needs. This includes a free
Prenatal Consultation:
*One
Day of Care—3 hour Block of
time. Can be used for their First Day
Home From Hospital, or when the partner first returns to work, etc. (Details will be discussed in the Prenatal
Consultation)
*Day
2—2 hour Block of time. Most new parents are very apprehensive about
the baby’s first tub-bath. Although,
this same block of time can be used on another day of their choosing.
The fee for this package is $150, provided they live within a
30 minute travel radius. More details.

Postpartum Doula Care is comprehensive care. It includes Mom/Baby Care, Guidance in Baby
Care Techniques, Breastfeeding Support, Information and Resources, Household

The minimum hours for Doula Care are 3-4 (depending on
location and schedule) and the minimum days are two. Most new parents average 4-6 days of care spread out over the
first few weeks. The rate is $28 an
hour.
